COURSE FACILITATOR / TRAINER ACCREDITATION:


This unique, ICC credentialing program provides dedicated professional trainers a marketing banner that declares they practice teaching courses at a world best-class standard.

Great trainers inspire and engage learners to achieve their learning and development goals by delivering training programs that challenge the status quo and motivate action. The ability to create a learning journey with influence and create a lasting impact on students is a key to any successful learning experience.

By becoming an ICC Accredited Trainer / Facilitator confirms that you are:

  - A HIGHLY ACCOMPLISHED PROFESSIONAL

  - A SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

  - and, that courses you facilitate:

   • contain up-to-date subject-matter content, methodology and technology,
   • meets world standard quality assurance requirements,
   • meets established industry, enterprise, educational, professional development need, and
   • provides appropriate competency outcomes and assessment.

 
 

Naturally, most prospective students wish to confirm the level of knowledge and skills of their course facilitator.

To meet this need, to become an ICC Accredited Course Facilitator, an applicant (or their corporate sponsor) can confirm their own training, subject matter and learning and development expertise by:

1. Possessing a Completion Certificate of BCI's ICC Accredited, internationally recognized, Master Coach Course (
MCC *).  The invitational Master Coach Course is available via Self-Study Format.
As this is an invitational program, for qualified professionals in people development, there is no end-of-course assessment or required post-course supervision. Certification is forwarded direct to the graduate upon their notifying the Institute they have completed the Self-study course. Special Scholarships for a MCC course place are available for applicants seeking ICC Course Facilitator Accreditation. The fast-tracked MCC Course can be completed within a 4-6 weeks and there is no requirement for further training/mentoring etc. 
                                                  --and/or--
2. The Facilitator (or their Sponsor) can provide evidentiary documents or experience confirming their training expertise, experience and advanced relevant subject matter knowledge.

How much does Facilitator Accreditation cost?

ICC will provide a quotation for Accreditation (licensing use of ICC Accreditation logo) based on the information submitted by the provider and verified through research by the ICC Accreditation Panel. The licensing fee will be relevant to the regional or international market that the facilitator's course/s are delivered in. The fee varies according to course type, audience, student fee, frequency held, location, local currency etc.

Use of the ICC Accreditation logo stamp and Certification for marketing and sales purposes.
Typically the fee is payable for a period of 2, 5 years or perpetual. The ICC maintains the right to revoke any membership if Accreditation standards are not met.

What types of courses does the ICC accredit?

The ICC accredits a range of people development training and coaching courses including those delivered in various formats such as; face-to-face, online or by distance -some of which may be provided over one or more sessions or over a fixed or flexible period.

What is ICC course accreditation?

ICC course accreditation is a process by which professional development course activities are peer-reviewed by expert members of the profession and validated against specific principles and current world-best standards. Through course accreditation, ICC recognize best practice adult learning within the context and scope of courses delivered inside organizations or by independent providers/training groups. Students undertaking ICC accredited courses can be confident that they are industry best-practice, professionally delivered and are recognized.

Why have your course accredited?

ICC accredited courses ensures prospective international students that they will receive quality activities which meet specific local and world-best available relevant content, principles and Standards demanded by the professional market. To have a course accredited by ICC you must be committed to ongoing research and development in the domain areas presented in the course/s and support the learning needs of your students with a minimum requirement to understand best practice vocational training standards in your region of practice.

ICC provides use of the internationally recognized ICC course accreditation logo for course marketing and sales purposes.

The aims of ICC Course Accreditation are:

- To encourage providers to adopt best practice educational principles when developing their courses.

- To encourage ICC members’ commitment to EXCELLENCE in the development of their course content, in the delivery of the course and in student support.

- To provide the opportunity for ICC members to stand above their competitor’s and position themselves as best in what they do.

What courses can ICC accredit?

Any personal or professional development course may be submitted for accreditation.

How much does it cost?

ICC will provide a quotation for course accreditation (licensing use of ICC Accreditation logo) based on the information submitted by the provider and verified through research by the ICC Accreditation Panel. The licensing fee will be relevant to the regional or international market that the course is delivered in. The fee varies according to course type, audience, student fee, frequency held, location, local currency etc.

Typically the fee is payable for a period of 2, 5 years or perpetual. The ICC maintains the right to revoke any membership if set agreements, as stipulated in the Accreditation Agreement Form governing the conditions to use the ICC name and Accreditation logo, are not met.
